THE VISION
BEYOND THE BAR FITNESS
My name is Jess, and I am truly honored that you have chosen me as YOUR trainer. A little about me: my fitness journey began about 15 years ago after the birth of my first daughter. It was during this transformative time that I discovered the importance of health and wellness, which ultimately inspired my passion for fitness. In 2014, I embarked on my CrossFit journey, where I pushed my boundaries and competed in several competitions across South Louisiana. Among these experiences, one of my proudest moments was becoming a finalist in an Olympic lifting meet, showcasing my dedication to the sport and my growth as an athlete.
In 2017, I took a significant step forward by joining the United States Army as a Combat Medic. This decision was driven by my desire to serve others and contribute to their well-being. Currently, I serve as the Army Body Composition Program NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) for my company, which consists of over 50 soldiers. My role involves ensuring the physical readiness and health of my team, a responsibility I hold with great pride.
On the civilian side, I work as a Critical Care Paramedic Supervisor with Acadian Ambulance, where I bring the same level of commitment to health and wellness. One of my additional duties includes being the Wellness Coordinator for our district, which comprises nearly 400 employees. In this role, I coach individuals on healthy lifestyle habits, offering personalized guidance to help them set and achieve both short-term and long-term goals. This includes crafting tailored workout programs and providing nutritional advice to foster sustainable lifestyle changes.
I chose this career because I genuinely love helping others feel confident, strong, and empowered. My mission is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and achievable for everyone, regardless of their busy schedules. My programming is designed to seamlessly integrate into your life while helping you reach your unique personal goals. Together, we will celebrate every milestone on your fitness journey.
